The Feria de San Marcos is finally Here

The Feria de San Marcos, Aguascalientes’ biggest festival and arguably the biggest festival in all of Mexico. It goes on for three weeks and the city is expecting 5 million visitors from other parts of Mexico. We still have some space left for most of the weekdays but space for the weekends is going fast. AKI M… has been walking for quite some time and today he has reached the 10,000 miles mark… Of course, after being here for more than 3 weeks he knows by now every route in Aguascalientes City and its surrounding areas. He has walked in Peru, USA, Cuba, Mexico, and plenty of other places.
Well, we congratulate him and encourage the guy to just Keep Walking… way to go, or better said…miles to go…

Philipp and Valeska stopping by at Lukas Hostel in Aguascalientes… what to say about these guys…ummm….well, cool people…great sense of humor and i guess staying in shape while riding their bikes around the world…a project that has been going on for 3 years and some 52000 km around the world and that will have them riding their bikes for a few more years…They got here from Zacatecas…visit Aguascalientes ….shared some good travel experiences and ideas…and then woke up early the next morning to keep going south….all the way down to the Ushuaia in Argentina, where they will jump into a plane to flight over to a new place and continue riding their bikes….well, of, one city at a time…next stop was going to be Leon where they said they were going to meet up with some friends…

Keep going Philipp and Valeska…it was a pleasure meeting you guys….and who knows…i might meet you guys biking in Buenos Aires…of course if that happens it would be thanks to a plane ticket and a rental bike for me…hehehehe
